Digital Membership Card App
Once installed, launch the app and tap the Membership Card icon.
Follow the instructions on the login page to sign in or create a new account.
Verify your membership online*,contact customer service at 1-800-463-3783** or visit the Membership Counter at your local warehouse.
Once verified, your Digital Membership Card will appear on screen. Launch the app when you enter the warehouse and to begin checkout at the register.
Warehouse & Online Receipts
Access your receipts for in-warehouse and online purchases.
- Go to the quick actions at the top of your screen
- Tap orders & purchases
- Or tap the menu tab and choose orders & purchases
- From there you have access to your Costco.ca account
- Sign in
- View your online & warehouse receipts

In the "Account Details" section of your Costco.ca account, select "Continue to Verification" to begin the membership verification process.
